Currently Listening Razorblade Romance By H.I.M. see related

It's 4:30, I'm over at a friend's house, and I can't sleep.  Blah.  I was gonna surf the web but I don't know what sites to look at. *shrugs*  I'll just ramble here for a bit and kill some time until my friend wakes up.

So I get here and we chilled and put puzzles together and looked at stuff online.  She invited me to stay over so that meant I had to drive back to my house to get my stuff.  Well about 5 mins. into the trip I notice a small piece of paper underneath my windshield wiper (I hadn't noticed it before since it was dark when we left).  I was paranoid that it was a parking ticket since I was parked in a "no parking" zone (which I had no choice because parking is atrocious here) even though I've yet to see them enforce it.  Anyway, I was worried that it would fly off the windshield so I rolled down the window and reached around to try to get it (while I was driving, lmfao), but I couldn't reach.  Then my friend just hangs out the window, reaches across the windshield and gets the paper.  LMFAO!  Dangerous, much?  Stuff like that isn't unusual for us though.  We're weird.  Maybe watching too much Beavis and Butthead might have something to do with that, I dunno.  Huh huh huh!  Heh heh m heh heh!  ~_^

Anyway the note was from another friend inviting us to go play pool at Hard Times Cafe tonight with her and her cousin.  Apparently she had tried knocking on the door, but we had music on so loud we didn't hear it.  I don't usually hang out in places like that so I was freaking out and nervous.  I was on the verge of leaving, but I stuck with it (and having a Long Island iced tea and 2 beers might have had an impact on it too, lol).  By the end of the evening I was feelling pretty good and we were all having a great time.  I still suck at pool, though, but that's ok.  My friend said she was proud of me for not leaving and that I dealt with my social anxiety so well. ^_^

On our way home around midnight or so (don't worry, I didn't drive) we stopped at Taco Bell to get something to eat.  Yeah, my friend had such a great time with 3 loud, drunk asses in the car, lol.  I don't remember what all went on in the car because it's a blur.  All I remember was a bunch of "yelling" (well not really yelling, lol, just talking really loudly) as my friend put it, and her cousin rambling on about how many quarters she had (which most of which she used to pay for Taco Bell).  Weirdness, man.

So we got dropped off, ate, watched Beavis and Butthead and tried to finish the puzzles we were working on earlier.  Then my friend decided to go sleep, so now I'm all by my lonesome on the computer.  Fun fun... maybe I'll find some funny stuff to watch online since I have access to the cable internet.  Whoo hoo!

We might go back to Hard Times on Friday.  We'll probably be going earlier in the day, so maybe my game will be a little better when there's not as many people there.
